For those of you who don't know, I used to screen print way back in the day. Later, when I moved back to Houston, I began creating designs digitally for print and apparel, and I did that for a good number of years. Then when I moved to Hawaii, I mostly focused on print design, but occasionally I got presented with an opportunity to get my hands dirty and well, I just can't turn it down.
His print shop is in his garage and it's just the right amount of crazy
to be an awesome garage shop. I never know what I'm gonna find when I
head over there to print.
I was pretty bummed that I didn't think to bring my Nikon with me. I could have really given you a peek into the process but sorry, these Instagrams will have to do.
All in all it was a good day. The process went really smoothly. I am notorious for transferring ghost ink onto the shirts from having it on me, somewhere, a finger or my arm or a pant leg. It never fails. But I did good this time! #bigpatontheback

I love the design of that black shirt. It's simple, fun and young. Do you do large printing?
